Our meetings are generally open to the public, but if we see you often enough, we'll probably invite you to join. Membership dues pay for our insurance and other fees, printing costs, web hosting, and membership in the Astronomical League and International Dark-Sky Association. Where else can you attend 9 outstanding astronomy lectures for a mere $25? We'd love to have you join us!

Membership is open to all persons age 18 or older, and includes your entire household. Members of the BCHS community may attend for free as part of our reciprocal agreement with their school. Our nominal term of membership is June 1 through May 31, chosen to match our billing cycle for operating costs. If you join at some other time, your first year's dues will be partially prorated according to the table below.

Please note that, if you do not have internet access, and want to receive a printed version of our newletter via USPS, an additional $5.00 is required to cover printing, processing, and mailing costs.
